Short-medium term mobility within the partnership:
Ph.D. student Joshua Cabell (NORSØK) undertook a 2-week stay (02-12.08.2022) at AUTh to participate in research activities related to the deliverables of WP2. Ph.D. students Mario Maroulis and Maria Perikli (both from AUTh) had a 5-day stay (17-22.07.2022) at USAMV to engage in experimental processes and exchange information on methods used to analyze samples sent by NORSØK, DTU Aqua, and Alumichem A/S. Postdoctoral researcher Sevasti Matsia (AUTh) visited USAMV for five days (29.05-02.06.2023) to learn about field fertilization experiment technology and participate in the analytical characterization of the investigated samples. Additionally, Ph.D. student Ailin Molosag (USAMV) visited NORSØK for 2 weeks (24.04-05.05.2023) to gain knowledge on composting residual materials and field experimental design.

Ivan Liviano, employed by Alumichem AS, conducted training on water quality assurance at DTU Aqua during 2022-2023. Four Ph.D. students—Joshua Cabell (NORSØK), from 01.11.2021; Godwin Abakari (DTU Aqua), from 01.08.2022; Fritz Julius Asmus Theden-Schow (UCPH), from 01.10.2022; and Ailin Moloşag (USAMV), from 01.10.2022—and two postdoctoral researchers—Federica Maria Carboni (DTU Aqua), from 01.05.2022; and Julie Hansen Bergstedt (DTU Aqua), from 01.02.2024—actively participated in the project. Their research contributions are and will be published in peer-reviewed papers, scientific reports, and doctoral theses. Dr. Alexandra Mocanu (POLITEHNICA Bucharest) and Dr. Violeta Alexandra Ion (USAMV) participated in a 10-day training program at DTU Aqua from 20-30.08.2023 to teach about the impregnation process.
